the staff were very sweet with my family. they were professional and well aware of the area. the room is quite spacious and very quiet. it's full renovated, windows included.
i didn't like the room. the picture and the room in real life are very different. especially in size, the room is very small.

The staff were helpful with directions.
The room was quite small , and moving around with luggage was difficult. The air conditioning did not work well , so the room remained warm and stuffy. The pillows were also uncomfortable , and I did not sleep well.

the staff were very sweet with my family, and their professionalism shone. they were also quite knowledgeable about the area. the breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a decent variety. my room was spacious and very quiet, with updated windows.
the room was a bit small for three people. it was smaller than the pictures suggested. moving around comfortably with luggage was difficult.

the staff were wonderful, especially nathen and malik. they were very helpful, polite and friendly. beds were comfy. the room was clean and free coffee was available. the shower was good too.
the room is quite small for three, it's definitely smaller than it looks in the picture. we somehow managed because we had a lot of big luggage and had no place to move around. there are bath tubs but you cannot use them. the neighborhood might be slightly sketchy, but it mostly felt safe.
