Acceptable , but with a few issues
small room uncomfortable pillows
The staff were helpful with directions.
The room was quite small , and moving around with luggage was difficult. The air conditioning did not work well , so the room remained warm and stuffy. The pillows were also uncomfortable , and I did not sleep well.

surprisingly great stay!
sweet staff good breakfast updated window
the staff were very sweet with my family, and their professionalism shone. they were also quite knowledgeable about the area. the breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a decent variety. my room was spacious and very quiet, with updated windows.
the room was a bit small for three people. it looked smaller than the pictures suggested. moving around comfortably with luggage was difficult.

helpful staff clean room comfy bed small room sketchy neighborhood unusable bathtub
the staff were wonderful, especially nathen and malik. they were very helpful, polite and friendly. beds were comfy. the room was clean and free coffee was available. the shower was good too.
the room is quite small for three, it's definitely smaller than it looks in the picture. we somehow managed because we had a lot of big luggage and had no place to move around. there are bath tubs but you cannot use them. the neighborhood might be slightly sketchy, but it mostly felt safe.
